See what your supplements add. And where they overlap.

Log the supplements you take alongside your food. With Chockers Plus, see each product's contribution to your day, spot the same nutrient across products, and read the relevant reference explained.

Chockers Plus

“Am I doubling up?”

A multivitamin with 5 mg of vitamin B6 and a B complex with 2 mg add up to 7 mg. Chockers lists both products, the relevant reference value, and whether that reference applies to each product or to your total.

Overlaps across bottles are easy to spot, and the guidance is explained rather than turned into a verdict.

Calcium sources for one day, with a 500 mg supplement listed beside foods

“How much of my calcium is the tablet?”

Supplements appear in the same food-sources list as everything you eat. On the sample Saturday, a 500 mg calcium supplement sat alongside yoghurt, milk and bread.

You see food and supplements in one picture — useful when you talk it over with your GP, pharmacist or dietitian.

How it works

  • Add a supplement once from its label: the nutrients it declares and the amount per dose. Then log it like any food.
  • Supplement Insight totals each nutrient across the products you've logged and shows where they came from.
  • Comparisons respect the nutrient, its form and whether a reference applies to food, supplements or both. Upper levels and label-warning thresholds are shown separately from recommended intakes.

What it won't do

Chockers does not decide whether you need a supplement, recommend doses, or say a combination is safe. It shows what you've recorded and what the reference says; your health professional's advice comes first.

Free or Plus?

Logging supplements is part of the free diary. Their nutrient detail and Supplement Insight come with Chockers Plus.
