Share securely,
even offline.
Advocates need to share case progress without exposing raw data. Veterans need structured outputs to take to their doctor. And nobody wants to wrestle with myService formatting. Athena handles all of it — with encryption, not email attachments.
Secure Exports & Sharing
Athena is built for the reality of how advocates work: offline, on their own device, with sensitive data that must stay protected. Three export paths cover every handoff — advocate to advocate, veteran to GP, and claim to myService.
Encrypted advocate sharing
Veterans can export their claim work and share it with their advocate, who opens it directly in Athena. Advocates can share with team members for review. Every export is encrypted and password-protected — no data exposure in transfer, and no raw medical documents flying around over email.
GP-ready structured PDFs
A GP appointment is short, and most of it can disappear into explaining what DVA wants. The GP export is a focusing tool: it distils your own records and claim context into one clear brief — the conditions being claimed, the relevant history, and the framework a DVA-ready report is assessed against. Your GP sees exactly what needs to be addressed, whether they've written a hundred DVA reports or none. Diagnosis and clinical judgement stay entirely with your doctor — Athena just makes sure their time goes into the report, not the guesswork.
myService-ready export
Athena generates structured claim content formatted for direct copy-and-paste into DVA's myService portal. There's no direct submission portal yet — but Athena provides the privacy, structure, and preparation that makes lodgement straightforward. See our myService lodgement guide.
Offline by design
Every export is generated on-device — no upload step, no cloud processing. Data only moves when you hand it over, encrypted, on your terms.
