What is Athena?

Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Athena is built on a privacy-first architecture. All document analysis and AI processing happens entirely on your device. We have zero access to your documents, health records, or any data you work with inside the app.

How do I manage my subscription?
Athena subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
On iPad: Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
On Mac: Open the App Store → click your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions.
For billing enquiries or refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly, as Quay Elements does not process payments.
Which devices does Athena support?
Athena runs on iPads and Macs with Apple Silicon. The level of AI functionality depends on your device and operating system — see the System Requirements section below for full details.
How do I report a bug?
The easiest way to report a bug is directly from within Athena. Go to Settings → Support → Report a Problem. This opens your email app with device diagnostics pre-filled — including your device model, OS version, and app version — which helps us resolve issues faster.
No claim content or personal data is attached automatically.
If you're unable to access the app, you can also email us directly at Athena@quayelements.com.au with a description of the issue.
Can I request a feature?
