Athena on iPhone
The complete app runs on iPhone — Evidence Vault, claims, SOP Navigator, Service Story, Strategy and exports, plus advocate client management. It's the same App Store app you already know on iPad and Mac, and the same privacy promise: no cloud, no accounts, no sync servers.
The whole app, not a companion
Nothing is cut down on iPhone. Build and review claims, search the SOPs, check your Service Story and export — at the GP, at the RSL or on the couch.
Document reading with Apple Intelligence
On supported iPhones, Athena reads documents with Apple Intelligence, entirely on the device, instead of downloading a large AI model — so the app stays small. On iPhones without Apple Intelligence, capture documents and send them to your own iPad or Mac for reading. iPad and Mac keep Athena's own downloadable on-device models.
Nothing to buy twice
Athena is one App Store app. If you already subscribe or bought lifetime access, it's recognised on iPhone automatically. On the free tier, the 20-document vault limit applies to each device's own vault.
Roomier on iPad or Mac
Heavy work — a big Strategy board, long exports — is roomier on a larger screen. But nothing is missing on iPhone.
Still zero data egress
Records, claims and statements are processed and stored on your iPhone. No cloud, no accounts, no sync servers.
Capture on iPhone, Finish on iPad or Mac
Scan it now. Finish it at the desk. Scan documents on iPhone and send them to Athena on your own iPad or Mac in an encrypted, passphrase-protected package — for example by AirDrop. This isn't sync: you send the package and import it on the other device. No cloud, no iCloud, no sync server.
Capture records the moment you get them
Scan paper records with the iPhone camera when they're handed to you. Multi-page documents become a single PDF in the Vault.
Encrypted, device to device
The package is encrypted and protected with a passphrase you choose, and it goes straight from your iPhone to your iPad or Mac.

Does Athena work on iPhone?
Yes. From version 1.4 the whole app runs on iPhone — Evidence Vault, claims, SOP Navigator, Service Story, Strategy and exports, plus advocate client management. It isn't a companion or cut-down version. On supported iPhones, documents are read with Apple Intelligence on the device; on other iPhones you can capture documents and send them to your own iPad or Mac for reading. Requires iOS 26.1 or later.
Do I pay again for iPhone?
No. Athena is one App Store app, so a subscription or lifetime purchase you already have is recognised on iPhone automatically. There's nothing to buy twice.
Does Athena sync between my devices?
No. Athena has no cloud sync and doesn't use iCloud. To move work between your own devices, you send yourself an encrypted, passphrase-protected package (for example by AirDrop) and import it on the other device. Nothing passes through a server.
