Our core business model is privacy-first. We design our applications to process data locally on your device ("On-Device").

  • No Server Storage: We do not upload your personal documents, health records, or sensitive data to our servers.
  • Local Processing: All AI analysis, document scanning, and data processing happens directly on your Apple device using on-device framework capabilities (e.g., CoreML, MLX).
  • You Own Your Data: Your data stays with you. If you delete our app, your data is removed from your device.

2. Information We Collect

Because of our privacy-first architecture, we collect minimal data:

  • Usage Data (Optional): With your explicit permission, we may collect anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage metrics via Apple’s standard opt-in developer feedback systems. This data does not verify your identity.
  • Website Data: When you visit our website, we may collect standard log information (IP address, browser type) for security and operational purposes. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
  • Direct Communications: If you email us for support, we will have your email address and any information you provide. We use this strictly to assist you and not for marketing unless you consent.

3. How We Use Information

Since we do not collect your personal content, our use of data is limited to:

  • Improving app stability and performance (using anonymous crash logs).
  • Responding to your support requests.
  • Complying with legal obligations.

  • To comply with the law (e.g., a court order), though we generally do not possess user content to disclose.

We implement industry-standard security measures. However, because your sensitive data is stored on your device, its security also depends on you maintaining the security of your device (e.g., using strong passcodes, FaceID/TouchID).

Under the Privacy Act, you have rights to access and correct personal information we hold about you. Since we generally do not hold your personal content, "access" requests may result in us confirming we hold no data on you.
